Actually this 50 year old, 230 pound Ranger has run a two miler recently and I did it in 17 minutes. So yes, you are slower than an old fat guy

All Push ups completed.

Roger. Just did a two mile diagnostic and came in at 18:17. When I started I was barely taping in, unable to do ten proper push ups and running 22:30's. I made fantastic progress at first but leveled off in the last few months. My push ups peaked at 60 and have slowly plummeted. Since then I've let myself get lazy. I've started drilling with ROTC and have been making progress with my push ups and sit ups, the run obviously still needs serious improvement. No excuses. I will do better.
