Introductions

Post by tdc184705 »

Before I give my introduction I would like to say thank you to all of the Rangers for everything that you do, in combat and in the forum giving information. My name is James, I am 23 and want to be a Ranger. I am currently in the Navy( please try not to hold that against me) and pursuing the blue to green program. I found this forum from researching everything I can about Rangers and the blue to green program. I have read a lot of posts and many have been extremly helpful. I made the mistake of posting before I made an introduction and now I am righting my wrong. Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction.

Welcome and thanks for your service. Don't worry, my grandpa was in the Navy and I only give him just a little bit of shit about it.

Thanks to all for the welcome. KW Driver, I am running sprints every other day 400m x 10 and 3 miles every other day. I am slowly increasing. I know its not enough right now but I need to work back into running because im coming off ACL surgery. Any suggestions to help decrease my time and increase my distance? Right now I am at a medicore 77 push ups, 71 sit ups, and 8 pull ups. I know this is'nt the right place to talk about this, but any tips other then just push myself would help.

Thanks,
James
