Equipment Malfunction

Rangers,

My LG Netbook Is starting to malfunction. It keeps duplicating system programs for no apparent reason, untill the processor speed becomes near zero. I keep doing system restore to wipe the drivers clean, which will return it working condition for a day or two, but the problem keeps repeating itself. Tried customer support and windows trouble shooting... no results. Got any Ideas?

It runs on windows7, I was going to replace it with a LINUX platform but never had the time. It isnt built for heavy browsing but AR .com & my school work is about all that I use it for.

update:

whole thing just crashed on me. using my roomates game system to access the web. this is going to complicate my classes. wonder if i can still buy the warranty. (apologies for poor grammar there is no capitaization option on the game system.

yep, I like my mac and ain't ever going back to windows. I ain't smart enough to run other dos types.

save up and when you can, buy the best mac you can afford. it's what I did.

i still have 5 weeks left on my courses and federal student aid will not help me again if i fail this semester so i dont really have the time to save up for another one. i may have to go back to posing as a guest in hotels to use the computers in the lobby. almost got arrested last time i did that though so im gonna have to think of a better solution.

i still owe the public library about 150 bucks from a few years back and they wont let you use the internet unless your balance is payed.

Our public library, because they accept Federal funding, has some fucked up blocking software that makes viewing a good bit of ArmyRanger.com impossible because of content. I have never attempted to use their computers since.

I'm an IT guy (for money) - give more details about your windows issue - I've been running WIN7 on multiple notebooks (even gateways with more time in service than you) and never had issues - check some tech forums or give more details.

That's nothing. George Washington (yes, the 1st POTUS) owes a library about $300,000.00 dollars in overdue book fines. No kidding.
