Yes! Make sure you file a complaint against the offender- any "Good Samaritan" laws don't cover excesses for personal gratification. If it was during a training exercise at work, ensure you make a civil rights/sexual harassment complaint (make sure any union rep also knows). We need to stand up against these freakish pervs.
And by these freakish pervs you do mean 1st Batt right?

When I was a PVT I never thought that a SFC in the Army with 20+ years of service could act like a whiney bitch.

An actual quote by a Canadian driver stopped for doing 92 M.P.H. in a 60 M.P.H. zone today:

Could you write the ticket fast ? I gotta get to Seattle to catch a flight. "

I stopped a car at 74 in a 45, who actually argued with me for 10 minutes that she was working (at CVS mind you), and that I was going to make her late. My reply while issuing her a $460/6 point ticket was that I was working too and she was keeping me from coffee and a doughnut. Proof is on tape. People are stupid.

I stopped a doctor for speeding who advised that he was having a medical emergency, but was going the opposite direction from a nearby hospital. When I pushed him on the issue, he stated that he was the one having the emergency, and needed to get himself to the hospital. He was extremely unhappy when I advised him I couldn't let him drive in that condition, towed his car and made him ride to the hospital in the back of a fire rescue truck. Guess the BS story back fired on him that time.

He was doing $ 550.00 worth of wrong !!!!

The Judge that runs the court I write into is a " hanging Judge " !!! This man is hard-core !!!

90 - 99 M.P.H. = $ 550.00 fine

100 M.P.H. and above = Automatic 10 days in jail and an additional day in jail for every mile per hour over 100 !!!!!
