I don't remember a pass, but then again the only time off I remember was a bit of a time break between patrols in Florida. We all mobbed the tiny PX and bought all kinds of mouth stuffers. Glad I didn't load up on chocolate, the number of times we had to hold up on patrol over the next three days for guys to dive into the brush was a hoot. Of course they were the lucky ones, there were so many that never got the chance. That was one shitty patrol.Oto-Man wrote:You got a pass?
