Yeah, I'm about double that, but it's coming off now. I've lost 14 lbs in the last two months. I found out I have a Vitamin D deficiency, that was really kicking my ass. I've been on the supplements and I feel great! Way more motivated to work out and eat better....I try only to eat almonds, bananas and drink V8 at work and not eat like a Ranger school student on an 8 hour break at home....ANGRYCivilian wrote:My fat ass has 17lbs left to loose. :D
