I'm enlisting as a 35w and I was wondering if any Rangers who have attended DLI can give me any info about opportunities for physical training while I'm there. I have heard that there is some sort of running club so I will join that, but that's all I know about. Also, I was wondering about how much time for physical training I might have.
Thank you Rangers, any info would be great

DLI assumes self discipline and direction in order to succeed. Coursework is predicated on you studying three hours daily. The same will have to apply to your PT. There will always be individuals interested in working out where ever you go; seek them out and drive on.
DLI at Monterey is on the military crest of a steep hill, providing some interesting options for runners.
