TT Super Straps
My original straps finally gave out after 5 short years of use. Instead of heading to CIF, I figured I'd pick up another set from Ranger Rags or similar store. However, the only ones that were available were the medium ruck type straps. They were the same price as these so I grabbed them instead.
My question is if anyone else has used them or heard of them. I bought them right about a month ago. Rucked 4 or 5 times in them but last Friday was the first time I actually ran with the new straps. They slip like crazy. I meant to call the place I bought them from today but didn't think of it... Suggestion for a remedy? Throwing them out and going to CIF is always an option, but unfortunately my frame broke as well. So now I need to find a new one...
Jeebus help me, I don't want the new style ruck...

for what it's worth, the new rucks aren't that bad. they're slightly bigger (yay! more weight) and they ride pretty well. I will caveat that with I haven't really humped one, just schlepped it round from FOB to FOB.
but if they give you a frame, ruck, and spaghetti pile of straps, it is hard to figure out how to rig it up properly.
