So, what are the chances that this piece of shit is also going to be charged with a hate crime considering that he didn't know either of these soldiers, but randomly targeted them because of what they were wearing. His statement to the police he even said that he wanted to kill American soldiers, which in my book is just as bad as if someone kills another person based solely on their sex, color or sexual preference.
It's completely fucked up that these two young men volunteered to serve our country during a time of war and they were shot by a total thief of oxygen before they even had the opportunity to get into the fight.

I agree that they probably won't. That would acknowledge enemy combatants on our shore and expand the 'War on Terror' to the USA, which could open up a bunch of cans of worms. But, I think they should. How is this any different from a targeted attack by Muslim extremists in any other country?

What I want to know is why this story is not atlest front page below the fold, I could hope it was above but you know how the media is. I didn't hear about this story on my morning news or on my Yahoo news, noooo, I heard about it on The Opie and Anthony show.
