At one point, when Marcus is one the phone while chasing the guys down the road at 110 MPH (she had previously asked if he was armed, he responded he had two 9mm Berettas with him), she tells him "Sir, I need you to slow down, I don't want you to get hurt". He responds "I'm not going to hurt myself, I'm a Navy SEAL, I have been for ten years, I'm not worried about hurting myself" (emphasis placed on myself, as his inflection speaks for itself at that point, i.e. he's going to hurt somebody and it's not going to be him).

It's really a shame that he didn't get a hold of them before law enforcement was there.
