Thanks for the infomation Ranger Andy and Bravo 57. I need that being out here. I already got the Ranger Handbook and I been doing PT. When I do PT it feel like it not a enough; what parts of the body should I focus on to be better prepared for Airborne and RIP? I know one is my mnd, but whats are the others? Thanks

How do you feel about having Support Companies in each of the Bats? Do you still call them Ranger? Be honest!

Our cooks made the jump into Panama for OJC.

They are Rangers.
