OK-- bad joke and even worse timing, but I'm not equipped to understand how this happens to ANYBODY, let alone a man who had the fortitude to serve our great country-- honorably or otherwise. God must sort this out.
This story will make me wonder about "the person who used to be" the next time I walk past someone who is curled up on the ground in the park or on the street corner......
