Gas $7-$8 dollars a gallon cuz Ike took out a pipeline in TX

Is what the news is reporting....gas stations switching prices at midnight. Neighbor told me he saw the news on CNN and went to the station to fill up.....lines 20 cars long. The clerk confirmed the price hike.

Hysteria, or true????????????

I don't think it has even made landfall yet...

I have a really good buddy that's with Corpus Cristy, TX PD. He said they are preparing for the worst...

It's been $7-$8 a gallon for over a year now over here. The barrel dropped from $147 at the max to $95 and the pumps at the station only dropped $0.15 a gallon. It really sucks gas wise over here. I give 15% of my monthly salary for gas. Been doing that for over a year now. It really suck!
