Good news on that one. Didn't take very long either. I wonder if he will get his job back?...

Greetings Rangers,

A quick question: What gives that court the right to even bring charges up against that Marine? The supposed "crime" was not even committed in their jurisdiction. Is there something in the UCMJ that allows him to be charged in both civilian and military court?

Thank God the jury had the common sense to find him innocent. It's an alarming thing that you could be tried in a civilian court, by a civilian jury, for things you have done in combat. That's screwed up.
