Running in OSUT
Running in OSUT
I have heard in various places that you only run in OSUT 2-3 times per week. Any truth to this?
The reason I ask is because I am not a great running and hope to do as much as possible in order to improve before I begin the harder portions of my training.
Thanks in advance for the info.

Thank you Ranger Disenfertation.
Foodboy,
I did. The last few months I was here, before I registered, all I did was search and browse. I found conflicting information. I came here looking for information from those who have been there.
Isnt there a rule about deppers responding in threads where Vets and Active Duty Soldiers are asked a question?
If you have anything constructive to post, please do. Otherwise please refrain and let those who know answer.

You don't have to be defensive about it. Most people who came here are morons, and you would know that if you have been searching around. The biggest deal is is that you shouldn't even have to ask questions about OSUT or Basic. You go, you do, and you move on to the next challenge. You dont need to prep for basic or osut or airborne. Most any fucker can pass that shit as long as they dont mind getting up in the morning and doing what they are told.
And no there is no rule. It is another DEPshit or Newt that has been here and knows some shit job to square fuckers like you away who ask the question. I just happened to stumble along it and didnt have anything more important to do so I gave you a general answer from my experience.
Dont underestimate some of the DEPs and Newts here, some of them might actually know a little something... Not much, but enough to get by here for a bit.
