My Kimber Custom II and my recent purchase, a Para-Ordnance 14.45 LDA with wood grips and tritium night sites. The Para shoots at least as good as the Kimber not that the Kimber is not my favorite.

I like the wood grained handles on the Para. Having fired similar versions of both I agree; I like the Kimbers more as well. Nice pistols.

Never seen a pivoted trigger M1911 derivative apart from the Ballester-Molina .45 before, Was that a custom job?.
