That'd make sense. Most of what I've seen of Woodinville gave me the impression that it was a sleepy town on the verge of getting sucked into the Seattle sprawl, but not quite. Seattle still has to absorb Bothell to get to Woodinville.

They think that this is in response to the ELFs hero Tray Arrow being brought back from Canadian prison to stand charges for fire bombing some trucks in Portland a few years ago.
