Welcome Jonathan, you need to understand that there is only one opportunity to make a favorable initial impression. You have done all right, but you are correct in observing that you need to do a lot of work on your physical fitness. Before we go any further, I would like to give you your initial task. Please sit down and briefly (250 or so words) tell us what you hope to accomplish by becoming a Ranger. Please think about the task and take your time. I expect to see your response by midnight, Sunday, 6 January 2008.
