M4 w/10 inch barrel - NSN?

Does anyone know if the modified M4s with 10 inch barrel have a NSN for the barrel? If so - post or send PM. Thanks.

Yes, but from what I understand it's SOF specific product.

That is correct. It is called the MK18 and it is produced by Crane.

We get our weapons systems through CID, normally MP5Ks and Sig handguns. Thanks for the help.
