Eraldo Cano, 26, was at the UFC 73: Stacked event when he went outside for a smoke break.

Authorities said Cano hopped over a short wall, probably thinking there was a lawn on the other side. Instead, it was a fall of 30 to 40 feet to the concrete below

I wonder if his family will sue Phillip Morris?

We had an incident like this here a while back. Car accident on a divided highway over a railroad overpass. Guy jumped out of his car to assist crash victims on other side; jumps over concrete barrier wall and has a HANO about 50ft and lives. (kinda) Obviously messed up.
