Welcome.

I would grade the intro a 6. Paragraph spacing, run on sentences are poor, but the content is fair.

Don't worry about uploading an avatar. Pick one from the Dep available and it will appear like Magic!

As stated previously,

No RIP for you!!!
Try to get Airborne, if you can.
Read much, post little.
Fix that avatar ASAP
Don't quit

And the "Highspeed" shit has to go...you just ain't close enough to get there from where you are. Ranger SB or another admin should be able to help you change that shit...

But, Hey.....

Other than that.....Welcome here!!!

Now do PUSHUPS!!!!!!

I think we need to have a 'default' avatar for DEPs that post an intro without one.

Any of you old-timers remember that one from a while back with the black dude wearing a tutu and a 'torpedo' bra? Perhaps one of the funniest I have ever seen. That should be SOP they get that one for not following site rules :D

What's your present status? You have signed as a DEP? or will be signing soon?

Change your avatar. You can select one from the NEWT's or NEWT's2 category. Your previous time is service is not enough to use the avatar you are presently using.

Welcome

2. Quoting "Rock of the Marne" from your basic training days is not only gay but makes you look like a toolbox. Stop that shit right now.

General rule on here is read a lot, post a little. Don't fuck up.

Oh yeah and watch out for Ranger RRDTm3, Ranger Bravo 57, Ranger Cams (also known as "Cock of the Marne", I know small world huh?) and Ranger Rangerguru. They will eat you, and not in a metaphorical way, they are cannibals and they know where you live. They were part of an experimental Military program in the 1990's run out of the Natick soldier center. Consider yourself warned.

Rangers,
Thank you for all the warm welcomes/information and advice, and I apologize for all my initial mistakes. I think I have corrected everything noted, if not please square me away so that I can remain a member on this site.

Ranger Jim,
Thank you for squaring away my username so fast.

Ranger Invictus,
When I wrote, "unfortunately but fortunately." I meant it was unfortunate to have to give up such an apportunity this great nation has givin' me, but at the same time I was fortunate enough to be able to provide aid to my family during great need.

Ranger Steadfast,
I am currently working with an MDNG recruiter. I spoke to a Sgt. at the MDNG 29th Inf. Div. E Co. 629th MI Batt. (LRSD) in Cascade, MD and was told that there is a slot available for me to join as an 11B. The Sgt. told me the unit requires me to complete Basic Airborne School immed. after OSUT, so I will have it in my training path. My recruiter will contact the Sgt. tomorrow and get the unit's "paragraph line". I will then receive a MEPS reservation, and go from there.
