Assuming that one would only want to blow out windows in a vehicle of somebody you find less than desirable... a good alternative to this awesome, though defunct method of revenge would be...
Pouring the fluid from a can of tuna into the carpet, under the seats of a car. It works really well in the heat of the summer.
