we train there a lot that where are hq element is located. was there as an instructor for selection course.

no just patrolling and other ranger skills. powerpoints were already completed just had to tweek them a bit. mostly practical exercises. thanks for deleting the repeat post. my browser at work is slow and i pressed back and forward one time too many.
