Damn my 2 mile run when I joined the army in 1980 was 11:30!
It's 2007 and I can run the 2 miles in 15 minutes sometimes 14!

When I went to RIP in 1980 I could hardly keep up on the runs.

You'll have a good time that's for sure.

graduated OSUT

Post by bjackson911 »

Hello Rangers,

Just a quick update, I have graduated OSUT and am currently a medical hold over. I suffered a stress fracture in my hip and will be here until I heal and then I will continue on to Airborne. If anyone has any suggestions for exercises to keep my cardio up while I heal I am all ears. I will be trying to get to the gym here at Ft Benning and see if they have a pool and exercise bikes to see if those won't aggrivate my hip. Thanks again
