SPARTAN training

Post by GSXRanger »

As you all know, I am a SPIN instructor, avid cyclist, sport fucker, and generally an athletic guy for an old fart. I have been working on some core training after my SPIN classes, and the chicks really dig it. I came across this link...

http://300themovie.warnerbros.com/

It's the WB official site for the new movie coming out "300".

Enter the site... then click on Making of 300>Video Journals>:3 spartan training.

This is some amazing shit! I have a program called P90X that basically does this same stuff. Never do the same workout twice, that way the body never adapts to it. Core is the key...

Check out the shit these guys do. Looks like a bad ass flick!

** I hope this was the appropriate forum for this thread **

Gun Safety Tip #6. When unholstering your weapon it's customary to say "Excuse me while I whip this out "
