Contract Secured

Post by Gunga Din »

Rangers,

I went to MEPS yesterday and I obtained an 11x/Abn/Opt.40 contract. It feels great to have my contract. They didn’t want to give me the contract at first. I told them I would come back when an option 40 contract would be available. They had a contract for me within an hour. I ship out for basic 20070628. I feel privileged to have a chance to serve this great country. I will be preparing myself everyday for the journey ahead. I would like to thank all the Rangers for the information on this site.

Motivated and never quitting!

Congratulations on securing your contract. Start doing a lot of PT now, you're gonna need the practice. Also you should drop this guy a line and tell him how you got your contract, he seems to be having some diffuculty securing one. profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=11400

Lots of young men secure those Opt40 contracts, few make good use of them. I wish you the best, and I hope that you are one of the few.
