With a name like Jason, you'd better prove yourself...so far so good. Read much, post little, and you should do fine.
Again, welcome and good luck making your choice.(This was a difficult decision for some...but most of us just reached down, checked the nut sack, and shownufff....had the stuff to pull the Option 40 lever. :wink: :wink: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ranger Bravo57, the push-up workout I have been using recently is similar to the one you laid out. Do as many sets to failure as needed to reach 200. I will try what you have suggested to see where I can get. I appreciate all the great information I have recieved thus far from everyone.
