Yeah, you can buy it but lately credit cards are not accepted. You can only pay in cash even tho it asks you for your credit card info.mike-p wrote:I know this is a ranger forum, i never was a ranger but i came to this site to see how you had it set up, doing some recon for a site i belong to. while i was looking around i seen a cool tee shirt for sale, the 72 virgin's i'd like to know if it was ok to buy one an wear it, not being a ranger i dont want to upset anyone. let me know.

As we explain to DEP's most subjects have been talked about already. We advocate all DEP read, read some more and read even more. That includes getting info not even on this site. Our mentorship program is a major plus for each DEP. DEP take care of themselves here & help each other. Gotta give them credit as they desire to learn and do learn from Rangers. We do not play games here.
Another item is our letters from DEP's as they progress though the service. Many Rangers on this site give much of themselves as Mentors to see each DEP thru from beginning to end of training until they too stand along side of us as Brother Rangers.
About the Tee shirt, the Ranger Quartermaster is temporyarily closed. Unless you see this Tee shirt on eBay, you shit outta luck.

Welcome Mike.
1) You need to get an avatar.
2) DEP's hold no rank what so ever until they graduate from AIT or OSUT........period! Thats when they become a soldier and have earned the right to hold rank.

Re: sorry
One of the first things they teach them Mike is attention to detail. Lead them by setting the example. I.E. Proper grammer/spelling/capitilization and so on.mike-p wrote:I was a 11d armor recon 1972-1974. was at ft knox in d troop 10th cav 194th bge. 74-75 was in ar. 189th ordence, fish out of water. i belong to cav. scouts.com we have alot of dep's who come on that have not been to oust yet. they call there self private's an so on. i was looking to see how you take care of'em here. you know, what you put up with. also i was an e-4. sorry i just like the tee shirt.
It may seem petty, but it's not.
Take the acronyn above that I have emboldened for you, it is OSUT not oust.
How do you expect them to know what in the hell you are talking about when they haven't been anyhwere yet? I'm not being a smartass, just letting you know what I see.
