After RIP?

Can you please tell me what happens after RIP? I know you are placed in the Regimental HQ or 3 batts. Being placed in either place is called Ranger School?

Or is it after RIP you do Ranger School then placed in a batt?

vette,may i suggest some excellent reading..purchase to be a army ranger,from the ranger quartermaster.It will give you alot of info,and will help prepare you for your journey to hell MUHAHAHAHAH...MUUHAHAHAHHAHA.oh,sorry about that.Ive got this mid life crisis thing goin on here.

I second that. I have that book. It's full of great information, and if you're not the reading type, it's got lots of purdy pictures too.

To Be a US Army Ranger is a great book, but if you wanna read what Ranger School is like from a students perspective then you should buy Ranger School by Brace Barber. I have both of those books and they were definately worth the money.
