Welcome and congratulations for enlisting and getting 11X Option 40. Your height/weight is fine. Most Rangers are lean. Focus on PT that will get you to max the test: running, pushups, situps. Add in chinups. Check out the Physical Training Forum on this site.

yeah i started out at 5'7" 145lbs. and after about a year in i'm at 165... just keep your endurance up, and never ever quit. ranger bat is the only way to go in the army. good luck and hope to see you at 2/75 someday. RLTW!
