Good luck. Are you a senior in H.S. about 17? You gave us no clue there.

Ranger Steadfast, forgive me for being vague I am 17.
I took the asvab yesterday and scored a 99. I also scored enough to become a Medic (the job I am seriously looking at). Now its all just getting the parents to sign a lovely little waiver that way I can argue for and sign a 91W Option 40 contract.
(I wasn't sure whether I should put the asvab stuff in a new thread)
Have a good one

Ranger Odin's Underling, I would like to to be a Combat Medic for the Ranger Regiment to break stuff, kill bad people, and fix up Rangers that may incur injuries in the process of breaking things and killing bad people.

What would you do to treat a captured Taliban fighter?
Ranger Odin's Underling, I am not sure what you mean, it depends on the situation. If I was at an aid station/hospital I would treat him as any other patient.
But if I was in combat, to tell the truth I don't know, Thats something I never thought about. conventional wisdom would say that I would first treat the men in my platoon then if I had the supplies and we weren't being fired at I would treat the taliban fighter to the best of my ability, but the guys who I would be their medic to I would treat them first. I wouldn't put my enemy's welfare over my platoon's...ever.
Thats what I think I would do.
