The music I listen to is NOT hate music!!! It may sound like hate music to a person who doesn't hear the words. If you were to actually listen to what they were saying, I think a lot of people would come to find that there is a lot of positive in these songs. Because of the screaming, the heavy guitar and just the pure energy from it all, I could see how people would get intimidated and just pass it off as HATE music!!!!!

There is actually quite a bit of christian bands that sound just like that. To me I love the sound the lyrics just make it that much better.

LOL calm down Rgr Mailman have you been listening to Hatebreed this morning  . I understand that the lyrics of these groups are not about hate. My ex used to listen to all these groups especially while working out and the rhythm used in a lot of the songs coalesced with screaming vocals produces a kind of cadence. This cadence, to me, made him angry and/or aggressive while listening to it regardless of the lyrical content . I understand your points, so I guess this music doesn’t have the same affect on you, sorry for generalizing in the beginning.

I downloaded some of their music, it sounds preaty good. I'm gunna have to buy their CD.
I have a broad taste in music. Dropkick Murphys is one of my favorite bands. I also like Slipknot, Pantera, Coal Chamber, Hatebreed, some Slayer. I also like some good country like Toby Keith, John Michael Montgomery, Montgomery Gentry, Tim McGraw, etc.

A lot of hate music there Rgr Mailman, the kind of stuff that makes a person angry all the time

Old Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Slipknot  to name a few. I like alot of punk bands like Dropkick Murphy's, Agnostic Front, Vandals. I don't like alot of this new shit like Linken Park & Papa Roach, that teen "I'm mad at my mom" music blows.

I'll listen to anything but improsational jazz, white gospel and country.
