Did you sign an option 40 contract? If yes, please respond, if not then you may want to reconsider your options. It is never too late.

Your running times are excellent, but you need to work on your PU/SU and Pull-ups.

Welcome, and thanks for vounteering to serve your nation.

Back when I could run 2 miles in 10:30, that equated to about an 11:15 APFT run. Work on those pushups and situps!
