1: what is a grass drill? also even though im sure it has been asked before, (i have searched and came up with nothing) are you supposed to wear boots or sneakers while rucking. I know it sounds stupid but i hate wasting time. thanks

Same here. About 6 months before I got out we got the OK to wear sneakers as there were a lot of knee and shin problems showing up. Of course once we had taken of the boots it seemed like the runs got faster... if that is possible!
