Just push.

Push and push and push.

Push until you can't push anymore.

And then do it again.

All you have to worry about is doing them right. Concentrate on form. Cuz I don't care if you can do 1000 fucked up pushups in 2 minutes.

The only ones that count are the ones that the grader says counts.

Form.

Now fuckin push for not reading all the damn posts on this site that would have answered your question without wasting my time.

After getting to a certain point you won't keep increasing at the same rate...There's no secret to it, just keep pushing and do them right!

change your hand positions, elevate your feet , and push.

try doing pushups w/ your hands on a medicine ball or an exercise ball.

if you're really high speed, try doing a push up and instead of clapping your hands in front of you, clap them behind your back.

This is extremely difficult at first. You feel like a baby who can't do like 3 pushups. I'd try this if your stumped. Good advice from Ranger Jester44.
