Just kidding!
I was in the SOTI (Security, Operations, Training and Intelligence) shop with 1st COSCOM at that time and was part of the group that worked on figuring out what assets were needed to complete the operation. For the record, I was not on the ground in Iran during the attempted rescue. However I had been in Iran earlier. Also for the record, almost none of our recommendations for the operation were used. It turned out to be more political than military and every branch of the armed forces had to have a piece of the action.
Nice disclaimer.Kurt V wrote:Just for the record, even though I have talked to Bco, that does not mean I am gay! :DRimmel wrote:Welcome to ArmyRanger.com Kurt who else did you bring with you?....Brokeback errr Bco, arrived earlier. :D
