Post by Odiedog52 »

i'm starting to incorporate new things into my workout which now consists of weight training and running.

what types of swimming should i work on, that will be most beneficial to me on the CWST?

I used to be a decent swimmer, I just havn't had to do it for a while.

Thanks, Rangers :)

Hey stud, before you get fried, you might want to address him as Ranger Kilted Heathen.

My mistake. I opened another window to look at his name to make sure I spelled it correctly, and I didn't double check my post.

I'm very sorry, Ranger KiltedHeathen and to all you Rangers.

Again, I'm sorry Ranger KiltedHeathen, and to all you Rangers past and present, for addressing you incorrectly.

I know the rule, and I fucked up.
