Thanks for the welcome. Glad to see I'm not the only old fart around here. Like the physical fitness tips. Excellent, starting on some newer routines yesterday.

I'm going for my annual checkup tomorrow (Wed) at 0900 hrs in Louisville, KY. I have been doing this every year for the past 8 years. I am a Cancer survivor. Stage 3 advanced non-hodgkins lymphoma to be exact, (liver, spleen and lymph nodes at my Aorta). A present of Agent Orange. I am DAV at 0 % (in other words I can work and function fine).

I don't want a string of posts or comments regarding this but I will unashamed ask for your prayers and best wishes for a good checkup report. In return if any of you or your loved ones ever need a prayer or word of faith I will stand with you any time, any place. Thanks in advance for the support. Hoohah !!
