Need a new work out program

Post by rakks_junkie »

This is one for the Rangers to answer on, I am taking a PT test out here soon and well I need a new work out program. I run and weight lift nd do my push ups and sit ups but that isn't doing anything anymore . I need something that will push me to the max and so I can get the most out of my work out. What other exercises are recommend. I'm shooting for the max here on the pt test . The best part is I quit smoking and my run time is dropping fast. What else is good to max out?

Ranger Silverback, I clicked your link and nothing is coming up as concerns the posted plan. Think it might be the computer I am on.
