Seems like a pretty solid piece of gear, I like the elliptical because you can stay at heart rate for days on end without suffering severe fatigue.

Ellipticals are great. I use those a lot at the gym. I can’t do high impact aerobic exercises (Army injuries) so those machines are the best. …that and swimming.
You can do a treadmill type exercise routine without all the jarring to the bones..

Insight: Quit being such a pussy! I have the same thing, I just work through it. Unless the tingling is in your left arm and followed by some chest pain it's not going to hurt you.SnafuRacer wrote:Nice piece of gear, Ranger Silverback. One problem that I find everytime that I excercise on it, is extreme tingling and uneasiness on the bottom of my feet right at the 20 min mark. I keep wiggling my toes and step up and off with no avail. I have to get off, walk it off a bit, before coming back if I'm still inclined to do it for that day. Otherwise, I just jump on the treadmill.
Anybody has any insight or advice?
