I just signed up and was just curious to what I will expect my first day there..Im getting back into running shape and hopefully I can get back to shape like I was when I was In Batt. I was told they are the most high speed National Guard unit in Ga. so that pumped me up to join plus the fact that I get to jump again. Being a father to 3 kids has made me neglect PT for the last 6 months and Im so out of running shape it isnt even funny. I would really appreciate it if of any of ya can give me info on that unit cause I would like to learn more about them beofre i report there. I have looked everywhere to try to read up on them but no info on the internet.

The company was in Newnan, GA. Across from the high school, if you've ever been there. Expect about four months in the Green Platoon, if they still do that; where you'll learn LRS techniques and tactics, as well as the unit's SOPs and equipment.

Running was good...especially if you got caught hiding..and the bad guys had you outnumbered 10:1....Those guys tend to come out of the woodwork. The best part was hiding and not getting caught but shit happens..
