BowFlex SelectTech

Post by Ranger2 »

I bought the Bowflex Selecttech a few weeks ago. That is the adjustable dumbbells that Bowflex makes. They are outstanding and they also make a great stand for them and bench. They are great because you have many dumbbells only taking up the space of one. They are expensive but I think worth it for getting a good workout.

Those look pretty sweet Bro.

Chickenwing - get off your lazy ass and find out for yourself. R2 has better things to do with his time than spitting out answers to someone who can't take the time to click on a simple link. Sort of shows your mentality and laziness. If you don't have enough initiative to track down a simple fucking answer on this then what sort of initiative would you have to make it through RIP?

Check out the link. It gives you prices. The shipping was $250 though so if that is too much you know you can't afford them. To put on weight, ice cream, shakes and protein. So eat steak, no chicken, fucking protein shakes from GNC and work out. Carbs and lots of them. Opposite of Aktins and South Beach Diet. You can get the same from joining a gym. But while strength is important Rangers thrive on endurance. Pushups are an endurance exercise. I could bench well over 300 lbs when I got there but I still had to work on pushups to max the PT test. It is an entirely different exercise.

I don't need to buy that shit. I can put on weight or take it off pretty easy just by working out or changing diet. I was just trying to recommend a place for someone who needed to put on weight or muscle.

I don't use too much of it either......just hate to see people get ripped off by GNC. The Vitamin Shoppe isn't too bad for walk in purchases...

I really agree with others having experienced it. Just use the gym on base, its free and it works  And most of the time, it will collect dust after awhile. So much for $1500.

Suppliments

Post by RGR_Dan »

I prefer ebay or http://www.supplementwholesaler.com/. They have the best prices around.
If you google nutritional supplements, you'll find Bodybuilding.com and many others. Those prices are as high as giraffe pussy.

Bodybuilding.com is one of the cheapest for supplements, as for the dumbbells those seem nice and there are different brands available aswell. My uncle has the Power Block ones and you can get a pair of up to 130lbs each. The handle is inside so they are kinda akward but another alternative.
