Fox News Correspondent
Is anyone familiar with Col. David Hunt (ret), he is billed as a special operator and in an interview he says he spent 29 years in special operations with the US Army Airborne Rangers, he is currently a Fox News Military Advisor, if anyone served with him or ever heard his name please let me know.

in poor taste
The reason for the question is, I watched him this morning on Fox commenting on the Robertson assasination idea for Chavez of Venezuela, the guy didn't strike me like a quiet professional in the least, and discussing such things on international television really struck me as "cheesedick" for the lack of better words, even though I'm still active and he is a retiree I'm going to say my piece, but I don't know shit about the guy so maybe I'm jumping to conclusions.

He writes fiction now, what do you expect?
No matter his background, asshatery is in his blood now.

What did you expect? Almost anyone who is a military advisor/analyst/whatthefuckever for a national news channel is going to be running their yip. I have a dollar that says if you went on their show to talk to them, they'd announce you as a Special Forces Sergeant who has served in multiple theaters throughout the GWOT, and then they would get you to say something stupid by asking you a bunch of loaded questions. This is exactly why I take commentators/experts/advisors and their bios with a grain of salt.madslashers1-2 wrote:The reason for the question is, I watched him this morning on Fox commenting on the Robertson assasination idea for Chavez of Venezuela, the guy didn't strike me like a quiet professional in the least, and discussing such things on international television really struck me as "cheesedick" for the lack of better words, even though I'm still active and he is a retiree I'm going to say my piece, but I don't know shit about the guy so maybe I'm jumping to conclusions.
