Just a quick intro. so as not to bore anyone. I was in the 2nd Bat. 76-79, Co.C 1st plt, Wpns Sqd (loved my 60). SFC Mattoon was my PSG, lucky enough to have served under the WAD ( LTC Wayne Downing). Was involved in many Overt actions at the Madigan Club!

That would be the guy. We payed hell in the hand to hand pit on the weekends! Wanted his plattoon to have a few more tools to work with than the regular hand to hand training. Still one of the badest MF'er I ever met. You should have seen him in 76.
