The NG's doing their service to the country same as the RA. Unfortunately, they handicap themselves by not always maintaining standards which sets a bad example for NG soldiers. Hopefully the experiences that the NG units are having over in the sandbox will be the fuel towards making them a much more viable fighting forces, especially in times of peace.
If all of the NG soldiers had the same attitude as you, the 'BIG A' Army would be a much more potent fighting force.
