Why do you need to roll over from situps to flutterkicks?

Btw, flutter kicks are doing 10 to 13 inches with your toes pointed as far as you can go. Don't cheat yourself and do 1 to 30 inches with your damn knees bent.

It still isn't self explanatory smart-ass.
There's no fucking need to roll over you stupid fuck.

Ranger Kilted Heathen, I use the wall to lock my feet for situps so all I mean is rolling over to the other direction so I'll have enough room to fully extend my legs.

That's not rolling over that's spinning around you stupid fuck.
While you're flat on your ass roll over and do one of your famous sets of a thousand fucking push ups.

Oh, and every chance you get...shut the fuck up.

Ranger Kilted Heathen, It takes me close to 2 hours to do 1000 pushups, I can only do about 75 nonstop just to clarify things. Shutting the fuck up.

Your math does not add up bro. If it takes you 2 hours to knock out 1,000 PU but you finished this workout in less than 2 hours? You probably forgot to carry the 1 or something.

Scott's (Leatherneck) original post has had me wondering about this for sometime.

So two days ago, after I had sat on my ass all day and had pretty much skipped my workout for the day (upperbody), I decided to give it a go. I wasn't going to go for the 1000, but to see what I could knock out in an hour.

My first 30 minutes, I did sets of 15 with a rest of 50 seconds between. Right about the 30 minute mark is where I finished 20 sets. And starting to feel it as well, I have to admit.

My next 25 minutes were doing sets of 10 and I knocked out 15 sets.

Total of 450.

I could have knocked out another 20 reps, but I'm a wuss, so I stopped on a round number.

I imagine that with a little work, I could get out 500 in an hour.

Just for shits and grins, I'll have to see how long it takes me to knock out 1000. It won't be this week, though, since I am basically a wuss and not likely to find such energy or motivation....

(edited to spell "ass" correctly -- I get so little of it, being married that I forget even how to pronounce it)
