Damn, I had forgot about DeJong. I recently got together with Amer and Brock out in Seattle for Amer's wedding. I didn't realize I had forgot so much untill I started drinking with those two. As my wife would say, "That house was waist high in shit." That is probably one reason I got envolved with this web sight was to regain that feeling I had when I was in.

I remember their names, but not their faces. Were they Apache docs?

DeJong was great, he's the only one of my docs I remember from 10 years of service. Smart guy - prolly a real doc now.

Wasn't the BAS in Bravo's building, behind Alpha?

The BAS was in Bravo Barracks but, that was behind Charlie Company. Remember Doc Gallati (probably miss spelled.) He is a damn 1SG now. They will promote anyone these days. He was a damn good medic.

Gallatti was a squared away medic. He took care of the pharmacy in the BAS. He taught me alot while I was there. I think Brock was Charlie Company. Amer stayed in HHC most of the time. He would fill in once in awhile with all of the companies. I think Zechmann might have been Alpha.
