Actually, just looking at the front of the site, the first thing that came to mind was the idea of doing a site like that to parody the notion that our troops don't deserve our appreciation and a reasonable and competitive salary for all they do for us.

That site needs a fire mission. It'd probably end up just like bluelight though so I guess it would be pointless.

Well, you could run either amazon.com links and get paid as an 'associate' every time someone buys a book, or Google ads and get paid a few cents everytime someone clicks a text link ad.

First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for their kind words.

Forsake The Troops is alive and well at http://www.forsakethetroops.info, and there it will stay.

Right now, we're running a special photo of a soldier who was STUPID enough to get injured..we have him being carried off the battlefield like the punk he is.

And cry all you like, the site stays up. Free speech and all.
