Jade Helm 15

Post by hobbit »

What's up with this training exercise, boys? It's causing a shitload of consternation throughout the South & Southwest. Texas's Governor just ordered the Texas State Guard to monitor the operation.

It's a training exercise that has a lot of tin foil hats in a bunch. Seems like a distraction from the real problems of the world today...

From that article wrote:Embedded reporters won’t be permitted at any point during the exercise, in which military officials say that secretive Special Operations troops will maneuver through private and publicly owned land in several southern states. Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria, a spokesman for Army Special Operations Command, said his organization is considering allowing a small number of journalists to view selected portions of the exercise later this summer, but nothing is finalized.
I don't know, this seems like it would be SOP in any Special Operations training exercise. In fact them considering allowing a small number of journalists at all seems to me to show they are more sensitive than usual to the situation.

In fact, I could see there being great benefit in these "watchdog" groups and their public dissemination of activities related to Jade Helm. This information would reflect what it would be like to operate in warm/hot territory with a large civilian population, some of which would be acting as "spies" or "resistance". If the military is able to execute operations effectively without being compromised by these "patriots" - mission accomplished.

Now I'm wondering if that was part of the plan all along.

Dammit. I'll pass this along when I'm done with it....

Edit-

BTW, my biggest beef with Alex Jones and many/most of these watchdogs is that they somehow think this is a pre-cursor to implementing Martial Law. I am comfortable in thinking that the fact that there are some 300 million privately owned firearms floating around, and more than a few grumpy ol' bastards who aren't interesting in putting up with that kind of bullshit, will make implementing Martial Law an exercise in futility.

I'm still in contact with a former Ranger member from here. He's a feller from Tennessee. He's involved in Jade Helm and is getting quite a laugh out of the sudden paranoia. They do this type of exercise every year on public and private land. And the National Guard doesn't have a prayer trying to monitor the Special Ops Teams.

Slowpoke is right.

This isn't anything new. SF and other SOF units have been doing exercises like this for years.

The main reason they're publicized more today than years past is so John Q public doesn't shoot one of them out of fear, like has happened in the past.

Wasn't it similar exercises back in the 90's that started the rumors of unmarked, black helicopters ?

JADE HELM

It's already too late. Jade Helm has begun spreading throughout the United States. There is only one way to ensure your survival of this military undertaking. First, you need to wear this shirt. Second, put a tin foil hat on your head. After that if you still feel this military training exercise is for real, we heard licking windows could make
them bullet proof.

Grunt Style's Jade Helm shirt is a super soft and comfortable cardinal shirt that is made from 60% cotton and 40% polyester from the USA.
