Since I am home for a couple of weeks I just caught up on Taken, Quantum of Solace, Gran Torino and Appaloosa.
Appaloosa was sort of a wierd western. I think the story line would have worked better in another setting.

This past week, it's been Gran Torino, The Usual Suspects, Heat (for the 9,000th time), and Taken.

Watching "Stripes" for the 2nd time in my life, 1st since my service time....pretty funny, forgot that Judge Reinhold was in the flick. I loved how when they "enlisted" all they did was sign a paper in front of the recruiter and they were off.

John Candy calling the Company CO "Eisenhower" priceless.

I always keep "Lonesome Dove" close by. Best movie ever.
